Re: BQM graphs showing an increase in latency

Looks like this is a slightly different issue than before, but yeah, seeing the same here - Area 20 North West.

Re: BQM graphs showing an increase in latency

Although the issue does still appear to be Virgin/LIE handoff...

Re: BQM graphs showing an increase in latency

Strange we all start having the problem around about the same time?

Anyone would think Virgin are doing this on purpose, "How do we get people to move to the faster more expensive internet?". "I know lets start lagging out the other packages".

The last time I had this problem Virgin just rolled out the 100mb.

Nope, as it's affecting ALL customers (it seems) on all packages.

[ Edited ]

All the live BQM Graphs are no longer showing in this thread? Is that part of the issue?

[Edit] Well they did for a few minutes then came back.

Re: BQM graphs showing an increase in latency

Here is something odd II have a BQM setup on my IP the gateway IP (in 255.255.254.0) and two CMTS IP's if you look at the gateway something is missing.

Connection dropping a lot. Still nothing shows in network logs... why is that?

If your hub is a VMDG480, then there is insufficient RAM in there to keep a proper log,  It's a wretched device, some 7 years old although it's OK in modem mode.
