The hump is making another showing today! Same time as yesterday. Seriously is anything going to be done about this?

There were several "dropouts" this morning too and these showed up on TBB graphs for everyone on VM.

My BQM is also not showing the hump today (same as @Ricksterm, it looked like it was starting around 4pm, but then went back down). Here's my traceroute:

It would be helpful if the name of sticky posts at the top were in plain-speak.

BQM and Latency don't mean much to people who are not tech savvy. It would stop redundant posts from people.
