EH12 broadband has been horrible for the last 24 hours. Disconnections. Rebooting works for a while then drops. We've had intermittent issues with this service for some time. Had wondered if our power line adapters had been at fault. Th are all switched off, so clearly it isn't that. Anyone else with this problem?
And now the estimated fix date on the service status reporter is 25 November! Can someone from Virgin please explain what the nature of the fault is that takes a week to fix? Is there a problem with contention/over subscription?
We are now having to seriously consider given the ongoing issues whether to leave Virgin and go with another provider.
