Authentication fail

Hi, every bit of tech I have connects to my super hub 2 no problem except 1. The wife's hip street phantom 2 tablet worked fine for a week then dropped the wi fi. Every time we try to connect we get authentication failed. Have redone passwords in case they had become corrupt, have gone through the settings everything is everything! Now what should I be looking for?

Sorry you are having problems with one device connecting to the wireless, what a pain.

Have you totally deleted all the wireless settings from the Tablet and started again as that may be worth a try. 

I wonder if setting up a guest network will allow it to connect Setting up a guest network on your Virgin Media Hub

OK guest network was dead easy to set up but did not cure the problem. However the easy fix was.... Return the tablet to shop and replace with a brand of better quality, since then no connection problems! But many thanks for your reply!
