Area break down

Hi, I am in area 22 and have had rubbish connection for my emails for weeks now. There seems to be a fault in the area & they keep saying it will be fixed in a day or so & the engineer is on site or is going out. No consistency in the message so I suspect it is just a fob off. Today it is again rubbish and has a due date to be fixed today, but I won't hold my breath. Where can I get a real answer as to how long this will take? Broadband is dropping in & out as well.

Thanks for taking the time to post back on the community. 

 

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection.

 

I've managed to locate your account, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the network segment is running stable.

 

In regards to the internet being intermittent does this happen on both wired and wireless devices?

Do any lights change on the Super Hub at all?

If you complete a speed test through a wired connection, what speeds do you achieve?
