Admin panel unreachable

Hello,

since this morning I cannot reach my SuperHub admin panel in my browser (Microsoft Edge).

I have tried in other browsers too, same result.

The funny thing is, I CAN reach the panel from my mobile phone.

It happened when I could not get connection to my NAS, which is connected to the router with an Ethernet cable, I typed in its IP address and got "We can't reach this web page", I then decided to try 192.168.0.1 and got the same result.

Any ideas anyone?

PS. I made no changes to my system whatsoever.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Admin panel unreachable

sound like a problem with ethernet. are the leds beside where you plug the cables in lit and flashing?

have you tried switching the hub on and off.

what do you get if you open a command prompt and type ipconfig ?

Hey there mrfdes,

Thanks for joining the community Smiley Very Happy

Sorry to hear that you're struggling to access your Hub settings, thanks for trying multiple browsers and devices. Would you please try and factory reset your Hub (pin or paper clip into the reset hole for 30 seconds) and if this doesn't help, please let us know.

Thanks for your patience,

Take care.

Re: Admin panel unreachable

The answer to the first two questions is yes.

When I flushed the dns cache via ipconfig /flushdns it came back.

Thank you for your help.

Re: Admin panel unreachable

Unfortunately, this morning, exactly the same happened again and this time turning the router off and flushing the DNS cache has made no difference whatsoever.

The router stays unreachable.

I am, as I was yesterday, still online, though.

Anyone who can offer further help?

Thank you.

Re: Admin panel unreachable

It is not letting me in whatever I do now.

No more access to the admin panel except from my mobile.

I was wondering if it has something to do with the fact that, for a while now, we have been getting kicked off the net several times a day for about 30 seconds to a minute a time?

Just an asterisk all of a sudden appearing above the network icon in the taskbar and the net access stopping.

Or would there be a problem with our router?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Re: Admin panel unreachable

Microsoft Edge is known to be "flakey" with local internet sites, try another browse. I quite often got no response from most of my Raspberry Pi's on my local network until I used another browser.

Re: Admin panel unreachable

Thank you for your reply.

However, I have tried in 3 other browsers.

I tried in Opera, Firefox and Google Chrome.

They all give me the same result.
