Adding more routers

Hi, bit of a long question but here goes, I have a SH3 in modem mode and my own ASUS router but I'm having problems running 2 PS4s at the same time, I want to add 2 routers to my SH3 so I can assign 1 PS4 to each router..... I know I would have to put SH3 back in router mode and disable wireless function but not sure what to do next or even if it would work at all, thanks in advance to anyone who can help

Re: Adding more routers

What happens when you have one PS4 connected in one game and the other in another game? Or are you wanting both in the same game which might not be possible if the game server limits one gamer per WAN IP to which you have one.

Re: Adding more routers

We are playing FIFA 17 but playing separately.....not in the same game.....1 PS4 (my sons) is in a game with 9/10 of his friends in party chat and I play FUT but my PS4 gets a lot of lag and slow gameplay, I've tried everything else and 2 routers was my last resort

Re: Adding more routers

Try without ports forwarded and DMZ and try updating the firmware of your ASUS router .

Re: Adding more routers

Already got the latest firmware and tried without port forwarding and without DMZ, I tried to get a 2nd public up address off virgin but it's only available to business customers

Re: Adding more routers

The one PS4 that plays fine swap it over to the one that lags and try that.
