Sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband connection/router.
With the WPS button this should only be a push in/push out button, if it has stayed pushed in that is an issue with the router itself. Also due to the other issues you have mentioned, I would like to send you a replacement router. If you can send me a Private Message confirming your name and address please, I can order this for you.
