82000200 Error

Dear all.

I've just looked at my network logs and I seem to be getting the above error on a regular basis. Is this something that I should be concerned about?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Re: 82000200 Error

Hello rayadavis,

Thanks for joining the community, great to have you on board Smiley Very Happy

Sorry to see the error messages you've recorded. I've checked your connection from our end and I can see that since you rebooted 4 days ago, there's been no further time-outs. Can you please confirm that this fault is no longer present?

Hope to hear back from you again soon,

Take care and have a great weekend.

Re: 82000200 Error

Heather,

Thanks for the response.

The reason I have had no further issues is that I have just changed my router to a new Super Hub 3, so hopefully I won't be having any further issues.

Just as a matter of interest what would have caused the error messages in the first place?

Raymond

Re: 82000200 Error

Hey Raymond,

Thanks for getting back to me Smiley Happy

I appreciate the update, good to hear you've had a new Hub which is performing better for you.

It's hard to say what was causing the problems before, but as it's stopped happening, it looks like you had a faulty Hub before.

Thanks again for keeping us in the loop,

Take care.
