5g not working

As alot have posted i have lost 5g from my super hub 2    its was working so well  could stream ultra 4k on netflix to my tv with no problem   now no 5g at all   i have done all the resets  channels the lot ..help !

Same here, I've changed all devices to 2g, I've had nothing but trouble with my network for weeks (TS10 area).

so not help here at all !  the phones are a joke multiple options and then they start asking for your password    thats just not on   live chat is always full  i just want to report a fault in the hardware i am paying virgin to use !

Sorry to hear that you've lost 5G connectivity, this must be frustrating. Can you confirm if you've both performed a full factory reset? By this I mean holding a pin or something alike, I find an opened paper clip is perfect, into the reset hole for 30 seconds? This will revert your Hub to default, if this doesn't help please let us know.

Yes i have done a full reset back to factory settings ..all the troubleshooting steps i can think of ..the hub is just not working as it was before

I appreciate all the checks you have completed so far, but too no avail.

Thanks for the reply and confirming your details, I appreciate it.

 

I've arranged for a replacement router to be sent to you which you will receive within the next few days and you will need to call through for activation. Just a reminder that the wireless settings will be different, however it will be written underneath the router or you can set this yourself.
