As alot have posted i have lost 5g from my super hub 2 its was working so well could stream ultra 4k on netflix to my tv with no problem now no 5g at all i have done all the resets channels the lot ..help !
so not help here at all ! the phones are a joke multiple options and then they start asking for your password thats just not on live chat is always full i just want to report a fault in the hardware i am paying virgin to use !
Sorry to hear that you've lost 5G connectivity, this must be frustrating. Can you confirm if you've both performed a full factory reset? By this I mean holding a pin or something alike, I find an opened paper clip is perfect, into the reset hole for 30 seconds? This will revert your Hub to default, if this doesn't help please let us know.

I've arranged for a replacement router to be sent to you which you will receive within the next few days and you will need to call through for activation. Just a reminder that the wireless settings will be different, however it will be written underneath the router or you can set this yourself.
