5G not available?

hi sorry to bother you,just a quick question please, after almost 2 days with no internet i am finally reconnected but for some reason the 5G light is not on the hub and the connection isnt listed on the pc/ any device

now I KNOW someone is going to say reset the router but after spending the best part of a day and a half doing that i really dont want to risk losing the connection i have at the minute

so any help/ advice would be appreciated..its not a big issue, i appreciate that

Which HUB do you have?

Have you tried stopping and restarting the wireless radios (not the HUB itself) from the GUI?

its a Super hub 2.. and no i haven't tried that,wouldn't know where to start :-s
so would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction

Takes you through how to change the password- but will get you to the screen you need to switch the wireless radio off and on
