Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the 5Ghz signal on your hub.
As the light is lit on the hub we know that this has either been turned off in the hubs settings or is not operating properly. I've checked your connection from here and can see that there are no issues from the network end. Could you head to the hubs config pages at 192.168.0.1 and check that the 5Ghz signal is on?
If you haven't already could you also try rebooting the hub and let us know how you get on.
