Like lot of people on here I'm having lot of problem with wifi on SH2, the 5ghz connection would constantly drop or will show up on devicec but unable to connect, I'm sure is the sh2 problem because as soon as you reset the device will be fine again but sometomes I have to do that twice.
What is my option with this, I have been with virgin nearly 3 years on this router do you think upgrade would solve my problem?
Sorry to hear you've been dropping 5Ghz signal. If the signal is disappearing occasionally it may be worth changing wireless channels to ensure you have the best signal possible. if the 5Ghz is actually turning off rather than the signal weakening then there could be an issue with the hub and we'd need to replace it. Could you try changing channels first and let us know how you get on?
I have been changing channels, but only helps for few days then I'm back to having problems, also some devices strugle to connect using 5ghz they absolutly fine on 2.4ghz, all this has been said before on forum, only option I have is get new hub.
