We’re aware of the ‘Get Message’ page is currently unavailable. This has been raised with our technical team who are on the case to get it fixed ASAP. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused to anyone wanting to view a picture message over the past week or so.
Did you know you may not have to go to the website to see your picture messages?
If you bought your phone directly from Virgin Mobile it may already be set up with the settings for picture messaging. If it is, all you need to do to activate these settings is to send a picture message from your phone. You can even send it to your own mobile phone number if you don’t want to send a picture to a friend. This way you can see that the picture is sent from your phone and you will also receive it too.
Once the settings are activated, any future picture message will arrive at your phone rather than you being directed to the website to see it.
If your phone is from another network or an open handset, you’ll need to set it up with the Virgin Mobile MMS and Internet settings. Just click on the following link, select the make and model of your handset and follow the online instructions.
