some advice for virgin mobile customer please

I have tried to get the answers from virgin mobile site but if i see the OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG MESSAGE ON THIS SITE AGAIN I WILL SCREAM some IT techs they have can even keep their own site running

SO if anyone can help

1 what is my data packet is that my mobile internet??

2 I am going on holiday to spain and need to have some idea of costs or is there anything i need to do 

simple I know but i havent  CLUE  Thanks

Noit very savvy but I do know that you need to speak to someone at Virginmedia to set up your European roaming facility.  important to do so otherwise you could run up horrendous bills.
