I got a text saying "we've messed up some odd data charges were added to your recent bill. You see the full amount refunded on your next bill. We're very sorry!"
I've rung up and asked them to remove the £1.50 extra charge because my next bill will not be produced until Aug 27th.
CS said they cannot remove it. Does this mean it will be billed along with my monthy rate, but also taken off at the same time?

Yep same here but I cannot even log into my account to what they have added in !!
If it is more than I normally pay then I guess Virgin will be paying my bank charges this month as I never go over my bill so I only put in what I need.
Virgin lose out again !

I got this message too. I can't see what the charges are on the Virgin system, because it doesn't show up on the recent calls page. I did notice that there is a extra charge showing on "what you have spent" for this month's bill but don't know what it's for, as Virgin don't show any charges till the bill is produced.
