number to cancel sim only deal (within 14 days)

I was told that if I changed my mind about havign the Sim only deal that I could cancel it within 14 days, but I can't find a number for where to cancel.  Any ideas?

Hi LucyToons,

 

Please call 789 when calling from the Virgin Sim and select the option that you want to cancel. Otherwise it's 0845 6000 789 (charged at 0845 rates).
