you don't say what mobile you have, if it's an android an you're worried you could try this

                 For a Symbian or Windows mobile OS you can use BullGuard Mobile Security 10, though I guess that there is others on the market.

For Android you can use ALYac Android, NetQin Mobile Security Pro, AVG Mobilation, but again there probably are others on the market.....Just google and see which is best for your current mobile.
