hi i'm having the exact same problem, bouht a new iphone last week and although everything else works on it , my internet doesnt when i'm away from wi-fi. I had my sim cut down by a guy in the virgin shop, did you get this problem sorted ?

Don't you just find things very suspect with virgin mobile? Seriously I have questioned many things with this company and the way it drags its feet, Nokia N8 as a example, took them absolutley ages to update to Belle on to the system, why??

iPhone 4S is oddly available in America so that makes everything about testing and hichups with micro sims a bit of a scam i'm thinking here!!

Ever started wondering why the Virgin Mobile selections of Phones or very limited? Not so much selection hey??

Oddly enough in usa there or far more sleeker looking phone models including iphones..

Staff techs for virgin in my opinion are prob the worst techs known to man/woman kind and goes without saying also once my contracts finishes in 7 months I'm outta here and going to join more better outfits out there.... Just my opinion....

I wonder if in the US or any other country Virgin tech support are in another country where you have to explain what's wrong over and over again.

I am unable to text from my iPhone 4 when connected to Orange but just can't a***t to to get on to tech support to try and explain it.

Got cracking pay monthly deal with VM but want iPhone instead of blackberry, what's the best way to go about it? I can buy an iphone3 (reconditioned) from eBay & the kind man @ VM cust servs has agreed to send me a micro sim, but have heard there may be issues as VM don't support iPhone?? HELP!

Just back from US and tried to buy iPhone to bring back & use, but was told by staff @ "best buy" that VM don't use sim cards in their phones there, so maybe that's the reason for them not having issues????
