i would like to request the complaints team PHONE number, not their email, not their address, a NUMBER, cause as of now im in the prosess of contacting OFCOM and the police about the fact your company keeps stealing out of my bank account!!!!!

                          You would have to lodge a complaint through calling 789 free from your virgin mobile, or 0854 6000 789 from any other landline, and once your complaint has been logged, it may be escalated, and may advance further to a higher level.       dozer167

Speaking to them in person is no better. They're just as useless and can even be rude!

After sending loads of e mails and speaking to people around the world re complaints I finally spoke to a helpful person today. My e mails saying do not contact me for x weeks as I shall be out of the country had been ignored and I had 4 calls about my complaints when I was abroad. Thought problems had been resolved but now have another problem!!!!
