Re: blackberry to iphone

Hi dezrad,

Both general & billing and Technical are unfortunately unable to support the iphone due to us not selling the handset and thus haven't been trained by Apple to deal with these queries. It's only due to people trying things on the forum that some people know a little more.

Do you know if they removed your blackberry services as if they haven't I can get someone to action this for you?

Many thanks.

Re: blackberry to iphone

Sorry to gatecrash but I could have them removed from my account too without phoning in as they tell me it's not possible?

Cheers

Re: blackberry to iphone

Hi dezrad and Matt-09,

They can't remove the Blackberry contract but they can remove the Blackberry services (although only Technical can do this - General and Billing agents can't).

If you both can respond to my private messages I'll get someone to contact you on this.

Many thanks.
