Virgin Mobile Closure

Historically Virgin Mobile offered good value tariffs. Customers are now being forcibly migrated to o2 witch is poor value in comparison. The regulator that approved the Virgin Media / o2 merger should be held to account !

Account - cannot sign in after migration

Hi there can I ask for some advice, my account go over to 02 over night do I need to set up as new customer on o2 as on vm nothing happens send over to o2 then won't let me log in with old password or even trying to reset ,surely if it still the same...
