ZTE Kis

I have ordered the ZTE kis for my daughter on wed August 1st. I could choice when I wanted it delivered, which is this Monday 6th August. There was supposed to be sending me an email to say that it was on its way and when they are taking Money out of my account. I doubt very much that it will arrive on monday now as there is no post on a sunday.  I asked for it to arrive on the monday because it's my Daughters Birhday.

I have tried to phone 789 but there are no options for orders

Hi i ordered mine new phone on friday they deliverd it on saturday before 2.00 pm . but i did get email with tracking number . Try this phone 789 select i want to leave or are unhappy should get you a uk call centre they should be able to check your order or a least help with who to contact.

If the phone is supposed to be coming tomorow then i'd of thought i would of had a tracking email.  Still they haven't taken any money out of my account

Hi broksonic,

 

If you haven't received any emails following this then the order hasn't been processed. You can call the numbers in that email to get a phone ordered for you (if you haven't received any emails since your last post).

It did phone them and was told if i got the email it was being processed . I still have not had any other emails and it's a week now since I ordered the phone.
