Virgin Mobile sad to say it but lack of updated phones

Ive asked the question on twitter and customer services and both answers are keep looking at website. But the range of pay monthly phones is dire, some are even listed good as new second hand, why. They dont even have iphone, htc sensation, samsung galaxy 2,lg optimus and many more. You carry htc wildfire s, htc desire s but these are over 2 year old phones, the htc desire when it has gingerbread wont have enough space after facebook and a few apps are added as i have htc desire with gingerbread and after installing facebook, twitter, app to sd aint much room left after a few days even when ckearing cache etc. I have 2 contracts both 25 quid each, htc sensation i can get on nearly all the other tariffs but sadly not urs, if not carried up to renewal of any other phones ill have to move to another provider, dont really want toi but i have no other choice as i like new tech. Any news on coming soin phones as im not waiting for website to say nomia n8 nearly new or htc desire nearly new classed as a new phone

That's if you aren't a VM cable or National customer. If you are:

http://shop.virginmedia.com/existing-customers/customer-offers/mobile-pay-monthly-offer.html

Free on our Virgin £27.99 tariff only for Virgin Media customers

Ok but samsung galaxy 2 if the bada interface is baba lol. Ok.they carry one of the phones but why none of the htcc like sensation, hd2, or lg optimus like they do in virgin.mobile america, like iphone is now at iphone 4 virgin never had iphone 1 to.my knowledge, why arent they carrying latest phones like other providers and at lower prices.

Re: Virgin Mobile sad to say it but lack of updated phones

I can see that on the one hand Virgin like to play their cards close to their chest with future deals on phones; but another major operator has a 'coming soon' webpage; perhaps something like that might give existing customers a bit more information, and Virgin media customers whose mobile contract with a third party is coming to an end.

The current range of smartphones on offer is IMHO the worst in the marketplace, an there are no awards for that particular distinction, just a lot of customers begining to look elsewhere [probably reluctantly as well].

Re: Virgin Mobile sad to say it but lack of updated phones

like the poster said other providers do have coming soon pages we get keep looking on website all the time last time i did that i waited 4 weeks to get a wildfire from been in stock that never came so had desire instead.

if you class a as new phone listed in the listings it aint a coming soon phone, i think vm should really up the anti and update or revamp their site and give us a coming soon and meet it and put a estimated month.

as like stated customers will leave sadly
