Hi all,
each time I attempt to set up voice mail via my mobile, by calling 222 I get a message telling me the system is experiencing difficulties and to try later - or simply get no connection at all.
This has been happening over a number of weeks now - there's no panic as it's not mission critical. But it would be nice to know what's {not} happening and how to resolve the problem.
Any ideas - and thanks in advance....

I had this, whereby 222 simply would not work. In the end, I have to call myself to access my Voicemail.
So that's one way around it, another was a similar number to my own, prefixed 00 which meant it was not charged but this worked too. Try calling yourself and see if you can access your voicemail that way. If not, check it's been set up or give the very helpful people on 789 a tinkle.
I'm sure someone more in the know will be along soon to advise, and probably shoot down in flames what I've just said.
Incidentally, the message I was getting was "calls to this number are not currently being connected" or very similar, when calling 222.
