Hi as of the last 3 days I have been unable to access the web via my phone it just says that I have no available connection. The signal bar is always white and does not seem to be communicating with the network i.e arrows pointing up and down to show it is sending and receiving info from the network.
When I connect to my wifi the signal bar turns green again which is a bit odd
I have 1gb monthly allowance but very rarely use .5 a month. I have checked all settings in my phone and checked and unchecked various options to try and get it to reconnect but nothing. I have recently been in Europe and had data switched off but as soon as I arrived back in the UK I switched it back on and all was well for a few days.
I received a text message from virgin last months to say I had some unusual data charges added to my bill and they would be remove it this month so am wondering if this has something to do with it.
I am using the lg optimus 2x which I bought unlocked and up until now have had no problems with it.

Nice to see that virgin customer service is still terrible six days and no response from the mods. Don't worry about my problem I managed to sort it myself .
