Hi'ya everyone! Iv'e just bought a mobile from the Virgin Website with supposedly £10 worth of airtime included in the purchase price. Maybe it's just me not understanding something but can anyone tell me where this credit has gone to as when I tried to make a call I got a message saying that I had no credit!

Hey, can't thank you enough lostboybinns! I was tearing my hair out going round and round the 'options' with the customer service team not being very helpfull at all! It took a top-up of £5 and an almost hour long call for my £10 to be added. Thanks again!
