Re: Micro SIM

Does anyone know when Virgin Mobile are getting micro sims, as reading a previous post, it says they could be available at the end of April.  I am due an upgrade in May, and was thinking of getting the HTC One X or S, but they use micro sim.

Does VM have those phones?  I thought it was only the V.

Re: Micro SIM

I asked the guy in the shop and he said they had no plans at all. I successfully cut my sim (actually some one else did :smileytongue:) The internet didn't work at 1st but I found a solution on this site (iphone 4s)

Re: Micro SIM

Just bought a Nokia Lumia 710,  I had intended to get a Virgin sim on a monthly rolling contract, now I find out that this is not possible.

Virgin needs to get up to date, I have all other Virgin Media services but it may be time to change.

Re: Micro SIM

It would be nice for Virgin to release Micro Sims by the end of October/November when my BlackBerry Contract is up (Never having of these again!!) as I'm thinking of going back to a pay monthly sim only contract and buying an unlocked Windows Phone from amazon.

Re: Micro SIM

As I said, I got my sim cut no problem, bought an unlocked 4s, and I'm on a 30 rolling contract which is fab.

Re: Micro SIM

Hi guys,

On the micro sim front - we will be doing them at some point this year (hopefully around mid-year) but things could change. They would be available when purchased with a phone from us that needs them and all other details would be shown nearer the time.

Many thanks.

Re: Micro SIM

There's no way I'm waiting for Virgin to do micro sim phones. It could be mid year it could be next year. With no concrete info from virgin, do they expect people just to hold on and see? The mobile market moves so quickly and I think that VM customers will be moving equally as fast... To another network.
