Can anyone tell me how to do this please? I phoned customer service and was told to dial **61, but at what point do I do this? I don't think I have subscribed to voicemail plus, if necessary how do I do this?
I am really puzzled at the moment. Going to have to ask my Grandson soon!

Hi joelmer,
You firstly need to know your voicemail number. You can find this by typing into your keypad *#67#. Once you've got this you need to type in:
**61*Voicemail number**number of seconds it rings for#
e.g. **61*+440047123456789**30#
You can go from 5 to 30 seconds before it goes to voicemail - it needs to be in multiples of 5.
Many thanks.

you need to hold down the key that has the '+' symbol on it. So on my Android it's the zero key and on my old school Nokia is the star key

I can do a + by holding the 0 key at the start but when i am putting **61 and pressing 0 and holding its not chanaging to a + sign at that point, I have a lumia 610.

That hasn't worked

MY NUMBER STARTS +447959

Ok, try getting rid of the +44, and replace it with a zero so the code starts **61*07959...

That hasn't worked either! J
