I just got my account with Virgin Mobile and I love it, but I can't access my voicemail. I'm getting notifications that I have voicemail messages, but when I call my voicemail by pressing 1 or hitting the button for voicemail I get a message that the person I called is unavailable, then it says "message two, switch 545" and hangs up. I tried dialing 222 and all the set up options, but nothing is working. I still haven't even been able to set up the voicemail - I need to record a greeting and make a pin number, but it won't give me the menu to do that. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
