Why does my recent usage on my bill show internet usage when I haven't been using it, even overnight??
regrettably any thing related to your account / billing, can't be discussed on this forum due to the Data Protection Act. You would be best to discuss this matter in person, by calling Virgin mobile customer services either through your mobile by dialling 789 or alternatively by calling 0845 6000 789 through any other telephone.

It can be an app set to automatically update, something even as simple as a weather widget or email..

This would depend on the individual contract - when your bill is generated it will be taken out 10 working days after this. You can check the bill date through your account online, if you received your bill notification by sms or by calling 789.
If you need to change the direct debit date you can do so by calling 789.

Why do virgin media screw there exsisting customers with their phone bills by changing their TALK INTERNATIONAL SO THAT THEY CAN GET THE COST OF THE GIVE AWAY OF THE TIVO BY HIKING UP THEIR CALL CHARGES
