Accessing email via Windows Mobile

I had my email account upgraded yesterday and have had all sorts of problems since then. The current issue is that I cannot fully access my blueyonder email from my windows mobile phone. I can either receive emails or send emails but not both. What should the settings be so that I can fully access my email from windows mobile 6.1 without deleting the email from the server. I want to be able to download and keep the emails on my home PC.
