Even with the Christmas period, you'd expect this transfer to have completed. For instance, port ins to our network from the 22nd were due to do through on the 28th.
The best way for this to be looked into would be to call our customer services. If you still have a working Virgin mobile on 789 or 0845 6000 789 (chargeable). From here, they'll be happy to contact our porting team to check everything is as it should be our end.
