why has my perfect credit score failed at virgin media

been with virgin for 10 years and suddenly have failed a credit check whats is this all about i am direct debit so this cannot happen

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to get VM services. When performing Credit checks we use a number of different score factors. We look at your overall history and not just your history with us. 

 

We don't have exact details on why you failed however you may find it useful to check your credit report. I personally use Credit Expert which is a monthly chargeable service however there are some others out there which are free to look at Smiley Happy

our credit score has been checked by experian and it as come back excellent so we do not understand what is going on and we need explanations
