new contract on iPhone 7, voicemail didn't automatically set up, rang virgin 3 times and yes each time they have set it up but its worked for less than 24 hours, red dot on icon appears saying I've a voicemail, no voicemail, phone just rings and doesn't give caller option to leave a message, fed up having to ring virgin each time, options on phone not particularly helpful
