view recent usage

Hi Ive noticed a lot of complaints about the 'oops somethings wrong' message you get when trying to 'view recent usage' for mobile. This has been going on for 5/6 months now. If you call 789 they say it will be sorted by tomorrow. Thats obviously a stock reply. Whats the hell is going on????

Hi,
What helps is closing the app then using your Cellular data and reconnecting to the app, hopefully it'll work! Smiley Happy
