usage unavailable

Hi

I have three registered mobiles and normally retrieving my granddaughters mobile usage etc is not a problem. Lately I just get a "oops somethings wrong " notification.

I've contacted the help line twice with the problem, each time I was told it was being sorted.

Any ideas?
