I have been a virgin customer for four years, never missed a payment etc, however when I went to choose my upgrade phone i failed the credit check, i dont remember going through a credit check last time i upgraded and have been a loyal customer, now im stuck without a new phone when the phone i currently have the nokia lumia 1320 has been nothing but a headachhe since i got it, and on top of which i was on the wrong tariff to what i should have been and only realised after months of paying over the odds that i hadnt been on the unlimited plan like i should  have been, bit miffed really.
