travel pass

Bought travel pass day ago for data abroad,currently in italy not working at all.made 3 calls to virgin.nothing happened.all settings ok,roaming om phone,roaming on online account.very disappointed and upset with service.bought pass for second phone aswell,not working neither-reasin for this other phone glitch...

Ok so you say roaming is active on the account?
International roaming active on the phone?
International calling active?
switch off and back on?
Done a manual search for a network?
Data roaming active on the phone?

Hi wogista,

 

take a look at this post: Mobile Phone Roaming Data Not Working Abroad

Roaming has to activate on both the Virgin Mobile and EE network's system to work. Sometimes this is where a problem occurs.

Just an idea if you've tried everything else and feel like giving them another call.

Answers to all questions are yes. To be honest,i realky dont care what settings needs to be done on you site.ee and virgin. I boughtt a sarvice snd expect it working. Nor reading forums for resolving thid. Made big mistake switching to virgin. Never have probkem abriad eith o2 anywher abroad.
