We have unlimited texts on our package why is it when we write two texts in one message we get charged for it. Also, should we get charged for smiley faces on SMS messaging??

Re: texts

It'll be down to the phone that you have converting those messages from a normal SMS, which are included in your plan, into a chargeable MMS instead.

What phone are using as there normally settings that can be changed to stop it happening.
