technical glitch mobile phone order

i placed an order for a phone on sunday i received 3 emails and one being we are having technical glitch our end someone will be in touch in next 24 hours and ive heard nothing since what should i do?

Virgin's technical glitch has been going on for months, hardly a "glitch"

technical glitch with new mobile phone order

To try and get an answer regarding your order you could give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
