suspended account

How long after making a payment does my account remain suspended?

I have turned my phone off & back on again & still nothing.

How did you make the payment ? - Over the phone, Paypoint or through the bank ?

 Thanks for your query here about the account suspension timescales.

 

 If you have called in to make a payment it can take up to 24 hours for this to process and the suspension to be lifted.  It's usually relatively quick however.

 

If your payment method was via any other method then this could vary.

 

If this is all back up and running again for you today then fantastic but if you need to query the specific method of payment you have chosen then it would be great if you could give the team a call on 789.
