sim not active

I rung yesterday to activate my new sim they disconnected my old 1 and I'm still waiting it's satin insert sim and wen I try to ring out its saying not registered on network

Hi kelly2807,

 

occasionally activation can take upto 24 hours.

During this time, periodically turn your phone off and on to check for network.

If 24 hours has elapsed but you still have no signal I would give the team another call: 0345 6000 789 from any phone.

Welcome to the community, sorry to hear about your problems with the SIM activation. I'd really like to take a closer look at your account but unfortunately I've not been able to locate your account information using your forum details.
