returning equipment

I left virgin several months ago but have not received a package to send back gear. What am I to do with it?

I'm sorry we lost you as a customer. We would of loved to have kept you on board.

 

For any mobile returns, we would of requested this only if you cancelled within the first 14 days.

 

For any Broadband/TV returns give us a call on 150 or 0345 454 1111 and we'll ensure we get the equipment back to us.
