after many problems with the 2 mobile phones I had with virgin media I phoned to cancel them both . |after almost on hour on the phone I spoke to a lady called DJ in the Phillipines who agreed to cancel the contracts as long as i paid the £63 I was still due on my phone but she said I would be refunded the £63 within 10 working days . She said this to me and my wife and I left it at that. I have had no refund so phoned virgin yesterday and was messed about for an hour on the phone then cut off . How can I get to speak to someone who will listen?
