problem with details on bill

Hi

Few months ago I changed address, from nr 19 to 17. The same post code, street.... When I log in, on my profile I can see correct address. When I open the bill - there is wrong (old) house number. How can I change it without calling virgin ? I don't want loose 30 min, hanging on phone Smiley Sad Do they have live chat ?

Hi spado69,

 

they do : Contact us > Mobile > Mobile billing and payments > Chat on line.

However it'll take longer to get an advisor this way and they close at 5pm on a Saturday

Your best option would be to call in (free on 789 from your mobile).
