if i dont get an satisfaction from virgin regarding these premium rate texts then then the only alternative is to cancell my contract and not only my mobile but my complete package. regards peteravl

Perhaps you can elaborate on the issues you are experiencing?
What number are the texts coming from?
Have you tried replying 'STOP' or 'STOPALL'?
Keep in mind we have no control over who sends you a premium text message, so our hands are tied on this.
