pre order

hello, i pre-order the new i-phone7 5 days ago and this morning i got an email from Virgin that my order is been completed and that my new phone is on its way, couples of seconds later i had another email saying that they cant complete my order because they carry out a credit assessment before we finalise your order and also that this assessment has meant you won't be able to choose that particular phone. But you can take your pick from a selection of other great value phones and still enjoy the same tariff. 

so what do i need to do know, i haven't got a mobile phone atm and i been waiting 5 days now for the new one it was expecting to come in tomorrow!

Ring them up to check 789 from Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from a landline.

If you have failed Virgin's ridiculously vigorous credit check, for the sake of your sanity find another network
