My renewal date is the end of every month I've been trying since last Sunday to top up my phone by card only to be told after going through what seems like a ridiculous amount of options. Same when I try to speak to someone. I have now missed my date but am still unable to speak to someone. Been on your web site for nearly 3 hrs trying to locate a complaints dept but up directed in circles then it took a further 40 mins just to log on to the forum

I've no idea what your trying to achieve
You can add your card to your new web account and top up from there
There is NO email address for complaints, assistance, or cancellation.
Call in or write in.
