paid my mobile bill but still suspended

I had my services suspended and yesterday morning paid my phone bill up to date.And still have not got my services back i cannot get in touch as rven calls to virgin are blocked on my phone.

Once I haved similar situation
situation. I pay but Virgin told need wait 3 days until my service will be back.

Hi rich no paid the bill saturday may 30th 2015 and still barred the payment has gone so i would of thought they would of noticed it had been paid and sorted out unbarring it.

virgin mobile services still suspended

I recently made my payment by card on virgin's site after my mobile had services suspended.That was saturday may 30th 2015 i have been in touch with virgin as to why my services have not been reinstated and got told because i cancelled my direct debit my services would not be reinstated until i reactivated the dd this is a joke i am still being charged for services i will not recieve even though my bill is paid because i will not reinstate it thankfully after being with virgin for last 4 years with my phone my contract is up in july well virgin you can stick it up your backside iam not being blackmailed into reinstating my dd plus i will be cancelling my broadband tv and phone line with you one angry customer joke of a company

I phoned been told it would be today it was back on and still nothing my contract is up next month so i very much doubt i will be remewing my account with virgin
